Welcome to the website of Nihat Eski

My name is Nihat Eski. I was born in 1963 in a town called Tosya. This town lies in the Turkish province Kastamonu nearby the black see. After secondary school I came to the Netherlands. I studied political science in Amsterdam and was several years member of Dutch parliament. I worked as a director at two different institutions, senior adviser and worked on the field of broadcasting foundations. I am tremendously involved in social issues and political developments. Currently I am at the supervisory boards of various civil society organizations. In the past, I have been active in the Christian Democratic Party (CDA), the trade union CNV and  the Turkish organization IOT.
